We’ll start the day with a guided hike on the Vista Loop Trail in the Hudson Valley — a moderate 3.5-mile loop known for its vibrant foliage. After working up an appetite, we’ll head to AOOA, where you’ll enjoy a cozy farm-to-table lunch served in a barn with seasonal dishes.
